Connecting GP7 black using Apple Camera Connection Kit [ New ]

I have Apple Camera Connection Kit (USB to Lightning) to connect my DSLR camera to iPad. So I want to use it with my new (and first ever) GoPro 7 Black. 

So if I buy GoPro Quik Key USB-C, connect it to "USB male / Type-C Female Adapter" and then to my Apple Camera Connection Kit - will it work fine with my iPhone/iPad?

I couldn't find any information about it and no managers in electronic shops could help me :(

I've already tried to connect simple USB 3.0 Cardreader using my Apple Camera Connection Kit to my iPad and it reported that "USB 3.0 Device needs too much power and it can't be connected" though that cardeader is only 900mAh.

So now I'm afraid that the solution I'm thinking about won't work and I won't be able to return Quik Key USB-C to the seller :(

Any ideas?

Hi @spirygorge67756,

As far as I know it works directly plugged into your iPad or iPhone but with a cable I think that won't work.

I'll try to check if I can replicate that setup.

Let's also wait for other member if they already did that.
