What OS version is your phone on?

Delete the camera entry from the app.

iOS: Open GoPro App. Tap the pencil icon in the top-left corner of the Camera menu page. Tap the red X icon to delete the camera entry from your app’s history. 
Reset your camera’s Wi-Fi settings using the instructions on https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/Reset-Wi-Fi-Name-and-Password/ta-p/394276
Delete the GoPro camera under the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi entries in your mobile device’s settings before attempting to re-pair to your GoPro.
Let us know how it goes.

You may also try your camera with another phone and see if the same happens.

I have iphone 6 / 13.3. (i don't have other phone)

can you please provide more details on MAX camera or GOpro app?

Which wifi encryption types does it supports?

Which channels?

What is the minimal upload speed?

Why is automatic upload to go proplus is doesn't work (show nothing in upload queue)

I've tried to connect to 4G wifi hotspot.

I've tried to connect to regular WPA/WPA@ wifi.

I've tried to connect to connect to 5G wifi.

and yes I'm entering the correct wifi password

One more question.

If I want to upload the videos from the camera to GOproplus cloud manually I got the following message

"Connect the camera to power source and try again"

once I'm connecting the camera to USB the camera screen showing the only message "USB connected" and I can do **** with the camera and can't upload anything.

Any suggestion?

Hi @stolyarpro

Your camera is set for Auto-Upload.

For this to work, you need to plug it to a power outlet. Connecting it to a USB port on a computer will not initiate the cloud upload.
