Condensation behind the front screen

[ New ]

This is weird because it only happens when I go to the oceanside. I did test at home with a bowl of water, but nothing happened. No condensation. Then I go to surf or just to the beach and this condensation appears.

I made sure that gopro is dry inside. I left it open for a night inside a pack of rise. I even used a hairdryer to make sure the inside is dry.

This condensation still appears whenever I go to the oceanside.

What's going on? Smiley Indifferent

Hi @lukaszs12168

Where is the camera usually mounted?

What was the ambient temperature the last time you brought the camera to the beach?

Though specifically for the lens, you may check the tips shared on Lens Fogging

Thanks!

Ej

Hi,

About 14 degrees, I'm in the South of Portugal. The thing is that the lens has never fogged, not even a tiny bit. Same with the rear screen. The problem is only with the front screen.
