Condens water behind lens hero4

Hey

Today I just saw that there is some condensation water behind the lens of my GoPro hero 4 silver.
Does anybody it is possible to repair this or what I can do?

Thanks a lot!

Re: Condens water behind lens hero4

@pwiese94 - On the HERO4, condensation behind the lens likely indicates that water got into the camera somehow. A first step you might try is to try and dry the air out to try and get rid of that moisture. Some people use rice or desiccants.

@pwiese94

Take your battery and SD card out of your camera right away and then do as @jefft said.  If there is moisture in the lens it's probably in the camera electrical components as well.  Do not turn on or charge your camera!.  Seal your camera in a Tupperware bowl or zip lock back with rice or Silica Gel Desiccant Packets.  Leave it undisturbed for a week.  Hopefully by then all of the moisture will be absorbed and you can put the battery and SD card back in and use your camera safely.
