Compression looks like oil painting - video and pic attached

Want to make sure this is the way the footage is supposed to look, very noticable in scenes with lots of detail like grass

Can you please share the original video?

You can post it here or just upload the video on any cloud storage and share the link. 

 

Please share the exact camera settings as well. 

The video looks soft.

How about when ProTune is turned off?

I'll try some different settings, but I suspect its doing some low light noise smoothing, and that creates the effect.

I will try 4K and also with protune off
