tengo problemas con mi camara gopro session no se deja conectar con la APP de mi movil, una ayudita por favor

Hello, @foggystar80831. Which phone are you using and which OS is it on? Do you have version 6.18 of the GoPro App installed? Do you get any error message on the app? 

 

Make sure that your phone is updated to the latest OS and that you have the latest version of the GoPro App installed. After the updates, restart your phone, clear cache (cache only, not data) on the app settings if accessible, and try pairing with the camera again.

 

If the issue persists, reset Wi-Fi connection by forgetting GoPro first from the list of Wi-Fi networks on your phone settings and deleting it from the list of Bluetooth devices. Also, remove the camera from the list on the GoPro App. Reset camera to factory settings, then re-pair.
