Commande Trade UP

Bonjour, 

 

Après avoir confirmé ma commande MP-03562085, je n'ai toujours pas recu le mail contenant l'étiquette UPS pour l'envoi de mon ancienne caméra. 

 

De plus, dans le mail de confirmation de commande apparait la mention suivante dans l'onglet Total free : 5,49€/months after null + Taxe (if applicable). J'aimerais savoir à quoi correspond ce montant qui n'est stipulé nulle part. 

 

Dans l'attente d'une réponse de votre part dans les plus brefs délais, je reste à votre disposition.

The return shipping label for your TradeUp order will be sent to the email associated to the order. Kindly check the spam / junk folders in your email.
