Commande MP-04376635 réception urgente

Bonjour,
J’ai effectué une commande dimanche sur votre site et n’étant pas en France, un ami va la réceptionner, cependant il quitte la france vendredi. Il faudrait donc que la commande soit livrée jeudi. J’essaie de joindre vos services depuis hier mais impossible. J’ai besoin de savoir urgemment si la commande peut être recue dans les delais car si cela n’est pas possible je dois l’annuler et trouver un autre endroit pour la commander

Yes finally my order arrive in time Wednesday, so this is good thank you but i can tell you there is a very big communication problem with your services. Actually, it’s not possible to contact you by chat or phone call, i understand it’s covid 19 situation but also i don’t received any email to update my order and the order on the website is not update in time. So maybe give us the possibility to send an email directly and get an answer around 48 hours after sending shoulb be better than spend 2 days trying to contacting your services. Anyway, for me the story ending very well but i was totally afraid than i make a mistake by making my order on your website and this stress me a lot.
And even by this kind of communication your reply too late. I hope it’s only because of COVID 19 but i am not sure about that.
