Clock isn't running properly - RUNNING BACKWARDS - HERO 7 Black

Hello. 

 

Running the latest firmware. 

 

I have my clock set to 24H. I set it to the current time in the camera (or in the app, doesn't matter) 11:45. Time is 11:45.  If I leave the camera ON, the clock is running properly - after one minute it is 11:46. 

 

Turning the camera OFF and waiting 2 minutes. Turning the camera ON, clock is now 11:44. 

 

After one night turned off  - in the charger - the thing is a day behind, having presumably run backwards for 10-12 hours.

See if the same happens if you take the SD card out.

More info: Most of the time the clock is actually just not running at all. It's been stuck at 12:18 for 3 hours now. So maybe it just was resetting to an earlier time and not running backwards.

While your camera has the latest firmware, please try to run a manual software update.

This is to correct any issues encountered with the previous installation.

I have done a factory reset and and manual software update. Since setting the date and time afterwards, time has stood still.... that is to say that for over an hour now, the clock has remained the same while the camera is off. It runs when camera is on, but when I turn it off it goes back to what I initially set.
