Charged Twice for GoPro Hero 10 + No Confirmation Email

I received no confirmation emails for my gopro hero 10, only a subscription fee confirmation. ALL folders have been checked for emails and I have received none, so I can't even find my order # to track the status. I paid through PayPal, and a double charge with two separate transaction IDs are showing. gopro.png
