Change warp speed after capture

I have a HERO7 black and captured a few timewarp videos at various speeds. Is there a way to increase video warp speed after the video is captured (example from 5x to 15x)

 

or even apply warp to footage that was captured

There is, but you might need to use a specialized editing program. For example, if you have a Mac, you can import the video into an app like iMovie, where you can adjust the speed of the clip. Note that the sped up video won't have the same stabilization that an original Time Warp would have.
