Cannot upload Max vids to cloud [ New ]

I can't upload Max videos to cloud.  Max is connected to power source and wifi.  Not uploading.

Do you see the upload initiating on the camera?

Is there a progress bar/prompt?

If nothing happens after plugging the camera, try resetting the camera then set up auto upload again.
