Cannot conect to HERO6

Hey guys, i spent 3 hours of trying to connect to my HERO6. Last 5 months gopro worked fanstastic but now, i cannot connect. I tried ABSOLUTELY everything from support website - from 5 to 2.4 ghz, restarting gopro settings, restarting iphone 8 settings, deleting settings, buttery replacing, everything, connect it with/without bluetooth!!! In my iphone settings i can see that i am connected to gopro, in gopro app i can see this blue “wifi” simbol which means that i am connected. But if i try to connect and download media. The white screen shows up with text that i have to connect to my gopro. Do you know what to do? (Sometimes i stay connected to my gopro even if camera is off). I triend anotrer phone but i got same resoults. :/

- serial number of the camera
- software version of the camera
- software version of the app
