Cannot change from NTSC to PAL in HERO6 Black v01.60

Hello!

Video where I show the problem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7_7qdR3A78o

The problem:

When I try to change from NTSC to PAL, the camera restarts and it's still on NTSC after the restart. This worked in V01.51 (the previous version that was released in September). But it doesn't work in this firmware version: HERO6 Black v01.60.

Background:

I live in Sweden, so I usually change from NTSC to PAL whenever I record video indoors where there are tube lights on, due to the "power current frequency(?)", so I avoid the flickering lights. Then I switch back to NTSC when I'm outdoors.

Is anyone else having this problem? Have you found any workaround to it? I've tried factory reset a couple of times, but it didn't help..

Re: Cannot change from NTSC to PAL in HERO6 Black v01.60

UPDATE:

This issue disappeared after I did a manual update of the camera with the same firmware (v01.60) as I already had. I did that by downloading the firmware, putting it manually on the SD-card and then inserted that SD-card back into the camera (as instructed on https://gopro.com/update/hero6 -> "Update your camera manually" where you enter the serial number for the camera, etc.)

I initially updated from v01.51 to v01.60 using the Quik for desktop app. Not sure if that was the root cause of the whole issue.

Hopefully the issue won't come back =). Now I can't wait to record some more!
