I cannot get the GoPro app on my iPhone XS Max to connect to my Hero 2018 camera.
It comes up with an error saying "Cannot connect to *NETWRK NAME*. Incorrect Password".
I have scoured the web and done everything that has been recommended:
- Forgot GoPro WIFI on iPhone
- Forgot GoPro Bluetooth on iPhone
- Factory reset GoPro
- Deleted / redownloaded GoPro App on iPhone
- Updated GoPro firmware
- Tried to connect directly to the GoPro wifi without the app
- Used the Reset Connections on the GoPro
NOTHING IS WORKING!
Please advise, and please do not recommend something i have already tried above - all combinations of this has been tried for a good 3-4 hours.

Thank you for the quick reply, @marjcars81. As you mentioned, the camera is already updated. If it has not been done manually, please do so. There are instructions here to guide you through the process. This should help clear out the issue of the camera restarting frequently. As for the app, see if you will be able to pair successfully and view your media using a different phone (if available). We will pass along your feedback to the team for a closer look.
