Cannot Import Files - GoPro 8 Black - Windows App [ New ]

Good Evening,

I have downloaded and installed the Windows GoPro Quik app and my computer more than meets the minimum requirements.  When I:
1. Plug my camera into my computer.
2. Turn the camera on.

My GoPro says "USB CONNECTED" but I am never prompted by the app to "Import Files".

so, I've the some problems. Reinstalation GoPro Quick doesn't work. I tried 3 USB ports, original cable and Samsung cable. I can not see Gopro im my file explorator, om my discs manager. With Wifi and without wifi.

I have no idea for solution :(

Please try this. 

Create a new user user profile (Local Account) on your computer.

These steps did not resolve the issue.

I have ordered an external media card reader from Amazon and will try this method upon arrival.

So, it works with external USB hub. Camera is shown as a additional storage, not as a GoPro. I can copy the file with this method.
