Cancel order

I placed the order three days ago and when I checked the status of the order it shows me it is not shipping yet.
It was suppost to recieved the delivery in two days.
I tried to contact with gopro and nobody answer.

We see that our Support Team has tried calling the number a number of times but will only ring and get routed to voicemail.

Kindly try initiating a chat session instead.

Hello. I have been waiting for the call the whole day and I dont have any call from gopro. I need to know when are you guys going to send me the camera and how long is going to take to recieve it. When I bought it from the website it was because it says two days shipping.

Hello, @jhonny2ag. We were able to pull up the cases and found that there were multiple callback attempts to your number. If you can, please request another callback and make sure to put in your best contact number. Only our Support team has access to the order details so they are the only ones who can make changes to it if needed. Thanks!
