Camera has been off for approx 1 month. Now when shooting video, none of the files play. I have tried several different players. They don't show in GoPro Quick neither. Of some rerason they import tp my PC, but create a folder 1899-12-30, not todays date, as before. All I get is the following error code: 0xc00d36c4.
Please advice how to be able to see those files

Hello, @deftpeak05270. Is your camera updated to the latest version? Also, which SD card are you using? The brand, type and capacity information will be helpful. Have you been able to format the card prior to using it again for recordings? See if this makes a difference.

Yes, camera software updated March 23rd.
SD-card: SanDisk 32GB. Formatted at the same time as update. Worked fine with these end of March and beginning of April. Now charged battery and started up again. Recorede 11 files and none of them viewable.

The error appears to be Windows related.
Make sure your computer/drivers are all up to date.
What resolution are these files on?
Have you tried VLC Media Player?
Are you also not able to view photo files?

Windows updted about 3 weeks ago.
Yes, VLC player was the first I tried, as it use to be the one working with most file types and more "forgiving" than MediaPlayer.
Videos are 1080 res, with 25 fps.
No, I can't view photos neither. It looks like windows doesn't recognize any of the camera files.
Thanks for trying to help
