Can’t upload - won’t even manually upload [ New ]

Hello....I've been trying to upload my content to my GoPro cloud but I even reset the connection and started from scratch. I have a max, a GoPro pro sub, my auto upload is on they are both connected to the same WiFi, and the max is plugged in. When I try to do it manually it says "please plug in your GoPro and try again". It's plugged in and even shows it's charging. Any ideas?

Hello, @iceicebarbie. See if the auto upload is detected by the cloud by logging into your account at GoPro.com. There are details at Manage Upload Page in Media Library that you may refer to. 

Have you been able to try the other methods of adding your media to the cloud?

I had slow Internet -70mb with lots of devices- and was having many problems but then I upgraded Internet to 1000mb and now there’s no problems.
