Can't get my Max to connect to my PC
[ New ]Can't get my Max to connect to my PC running Windows 10.
I've been trying for days different ports, cables and PCs but to no avail.
Went back to the shop and they couldn't either. Took it t their tech guy and he had no problems.....
Came back, tried again and still no go. Frusutrated and annoyed...
Any ideas?
On another note, I can't edit photos or videos from the App either.

[ New ]Same here ! The cam shows that the usb have been connected but nothing happend on the PC's side!

Please go over the steps on Camera is not Recognized when Plugged into a Computer USB Port

[ New ]Took the camera back to the shop with every intention of returning it. Sooo fed up with this...
The tech there connected it to his PC and had no problems whatsoever. Could access all the files and everything. Turns out he's running Windows 7.
So, I deduce that GoPro are at least a year behind everyone else and their GoPro Max can only be viewed on Windows 7, is a logical deduction...
I suspect they already knew. Maybe that is why they include a micro SDHC and a USB reader when buying from their web...
Otherwise, how do you ecplain it?
Extremely frustrated...

[ New ]Been in contact with GoPro and the tech seemed to know what he was talking about.
I updated the camera again manually.
However, was not able to solve the problem.
He said he was going to pass it onto the "specialist" and would let me know in a few days via e-mail of a solution.
I'll post if/when I get a response and the outcome.
