We have updated camera it will share content with a USB on quick for desktop.
I have apple X phone and apple pro I pad
Husband has Nokia 6.1
We have updated turned of WiFi done all I can find In the help books and articles.
It did connect fine to my husbands phone but has just stopped, we are starting to get very annoyed. Any help would be very very welcome and appreciated. I am not amazing at tec but willing to give anything a try thank you in advance

Do the mobile devices recognize the Wi-Fi name of the camera?
Please check it through the phone Settings.
You may also try a manual update. Please refer to https://gopro.com/en/us/update/hero5
Once done, proceed with the pairing process.
If it does not connect, please forget the Wi-Fi name and Bluetooth ID of the camera via Settings(phone)
If all else fails, reach out to our Support Team to have this checked further.
