Can't connect the hero 5 black to the android app [ New ]

Hi, I can't connect my GoPro hero 5 to the app in my galaxy A70 with android. I read all the solutions but it doesn't work. I can't find where to change the WiFi band to 2.4 mghz. Please help.

Please try this.

After that delete or unpair your camera from your phone's Bluetooth settings and GoPro App. 

After resetting the wireless settings of your camera, pair it again.

Please update your camera manually then repeat the steps posted above.
