I have a Hero4 Session and i'm having some problems. I've downloaded the apps to my iPhone, and I can't download the files with 12 minutes. It stucks in the final of downloading. I was suspecting of the final seconds of the video, and that's the problem. When I "cut" the vido with 15 seconds (the last 15 seconds), it doesn't work too.
(I've used to download 12 minutes files with no problem, months ago. But now, I'm having this problem).
With videos, less than 12 minutes, it downloads perfect.
Format Sd Card
Factory Reset GoPro
Diferent Sd Card
Diferent 12 minutes videos
If anyone had this problem and fixed it, please tell me how. lol

Which version of GoPro app are you using? Are you getting any error message when you the download attempt fails? Which SD card are you using? IS it one of the recommended cards here?
I just tried downloading a 13-minute video from a HERO Session camera to an Android phone with GoPro App version 5.0 and it went fine.
How did you update the GoPro? If it was not done manually, try doing it this way. And test sample videos again.
Let us know how it goes.

- I'm using GoPro (formely Capture), 5.0 (2735)
- If i cut and try to download the last seconds of a 12 minute video, says: "Could not share clip. We recommend restarting your camera and try again"
-If I try to download the complete clip (12 minutes), it goes fine until lasts 1:30 minutes to end download. Then starts to increase the time. 1:31, 1:32, 1:33, 1:34... 1:50... 2:00. So I give up.
-The SD card is a Samsung Evo 64 Gb Xc U1. But i Tried with another (dont remeber witch one), and got the same error. =/
Yes, I updated it manually.
Thanks for the help. =]

Glad to hear back from you, @raphaelcreis. I tried to do the same process with an iPhone and an iPad this time. It went fine on the iPad but I encountered some issues with the iPhone. I was initially getting (kept on getting) a "need for more space" message and the import will not go through. I emptied out some memory space and cleared the trash bin as well but the same issue occurred. I am not sure if this is what's happening. What I did next is to uninstall and re-install the app and everything went smoothly thereafter. Will you be able to try these steps out?
Since the SD card that you are using is not among the recommended list, try to see if using one of the recommended cards will have any difference. Hope to hear back from you again.
