So I have a GoPro hero 7 and I use it for desert racing and it’s always worked good, I take the battery out and plug a cord into the side with a big portable charger so I can get a full 3 hours of racing, recently it’s been acting up and when I turn it on and I push record the GoPro shuts off, I have updated the GoPro and I have even fully reset the GoPro, if ya know

Should you get a run time significantly shorter than the expected battery life, despite using a recommended SD card https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/SD-Cards-that-Work-with-GoPro-Cameras/ta-p/394308 and the camera being updated to the latest firmware, let our Support team know.
