Camera shutdown despite new battery [ New ]

My Hero 3+ keeps shutting down, sometimes after very short periods of use from a few seconds to a few minutes. This is even indoors in warm temperatures with brand new genuine batteries at 100%.

I have checked the firmware, tried different and reformatted SD cards but still this continues. 

Help!!

Hi @coopsey,

If you already updated the firmware and you have a new battery, probably it's already a hardware problem.
