I have some strange thing.  When camera is off i press record button and camera start recording. And then when i press record button again, camera stop recording and go to off. Is this normal?

Yes this is completely normal, it's called "Quick capture" and can be turned on or off on the device (look for the rabbit icon in the menu).  It enables you to start recording very quickly, but as a result the menu's may be locked out while you're recording.
