Sorry for the trouble, @quickdive55213. By any chance, how are you powering your camera ON? Are you using the red Shutter button at the top? Or the Mode button at the side of the camera?

I use/ try with the Mode button at the side of the camera.
I can't use the chat. I not allowing the chat. :-( , I have tried
I have came home from my holiday so I go back with the gopro in the store.

Hi GoPro I have delivered my GoPro to the store. They will not change it to new. They will send it from DK to Sweden to a workshop called Conmodo for repair. It will take about 3 weeks :-(. I usually have a 2 year warranty. GoPro is about 1 year old and I used it the first time. :-( I have before Hero3 and Hero4black never with any problems.
