Camera Freezes Constantly

I have a hero 5 black which constantly freezes. I have read all emails regarding this issue and have tried all fixes including new memory cards and firmware updates (which never seem to complete as it freezes during the update). My frustration with this product is intense and my disappointment with it knows no end due to its consistent failures ( like a trip to NZ and Australia where it worked for maybe four days of 21, and only then with huge delays in activation and saving, so it was complete pot luck what you ended up capturing) The lack of ability to talk to someone is a huge customer service issue and the chat function always seems to be busy. 

 

I sense Gopro cares no more for its customers than extracting their cash, and when that is done they treat them like garbage. 

 

This is is one last attempt to get some service. Please do not respond with your usual list of recommended Ctions as I have tried them all and they never seem to work. I would like to talk to someone.  Is that possible?
