Camara hero 7 silver sin imagen en la pantalla.
[ New ]Mi nombre es Kiril Pikieris,74, residente en Barranquilla, Colombia, realice una compra de una cámara Go Pro Hero 7 silver, No. De serie C330xxxx en Oranjestad - Aruba, la cual presenta una anomalía, al encenderla me muestra los iconos de menú, pero no sale la imagen, por lo tanto, no toma las fotos ni los videos, ha tenido muy poco uso.
Agradezco de su valiosa ayuda, quedo muy atento a su respuesta.

[ New ]Les envio photo de la camara. como puede ver, aparecen los iconos y se puede manipular el menu, pero no hay imagen en ella. les agradesco la colaboracion con el fin de poder disfrutar la camara

This can be a freezing related issue.
What SD card are you using?
Try to take the SD card then power the camera on.

Gracias aragon por tu respuesta. segui las instrucciones que me enviaste y no han funcionado. La camara sigue con la misma anomalia. Tu sabes como efectuar la garantia que se encuentra vigente? Me puedes orientar al respecto en ese tema?

Le comento que he realizado todos los pasos y seguido todas las instrucciones dadas, pero el problema continua. he estado tratando de comunircame con gopro.com/help/contacus, pero ha sido imposible. tambien he llamado a los telefonos que hay aparecen y no he podido.
