Cam Error 130-0135

Hi,

I have Hero session.
I've tried the update software, change the memory card, but can't fix it. Any other solutions?

Thanks for getting back to us. To confirm that the update is being processed, your camera should say 1/2 then 2/2.

What SD card are you using?  This error is usually resolved by completing a manual software update. Ensure that the camera prompts "1/2" and "2/2" to confirm that the update is completed.

I've update the software by manualy, but it seems nothing change it's still show cam error.

I don't understand camera prompts 1/2 and 2/2. Can you explain it to me?
