GoPro is going to fail and go belly up. My computer lists me as number 1 in the chat line for the last hour. I am calling at 0630 AM PST (their posted time is PST and hours begin at 0600 AM their time, but no chat). Just got new Karma with Hero 5 since my friend crashed and destroyed my old one. I immediately update the Karma Grip right out of the box and it will not leave USB mode, so it is useless (tried hard reset and no change at all). ALSO, the Hero 5 has a black bar running across the entire bottom edge of the screen taking up about 1/5 of the entire lower screen. I checked and found many people are having these same issues with no support, receiving crap straight out of the box, and no recourse. WTF? This is brand new and straight out of the box. I will return all which is a HUGE pain in the arse, take my business elsewhere, and I will spread the word as I am now. You guys suck big time.
