Câmera hero4 silver não liga [ New ]

Prezados,

Minha câmera GoPro Hero4 não liga mais. Coloco para carregar com o cabo original e ela não dá sinal de vida, não acende nenhuma luz. Já deixei por horas carregando e nada. O que devo fazer?
