Last summer my parents were in the US and bought a gopro 5 in the official store.
My mom loves to take video of my daughter in the pool during training.
But while operate the camera, it stopped working back screen (colour).
To my great regret, in Russia there is no official repair centre gopro.
And give a camera to not official representatives is a big risk in Russia.
Friends suggested to me that your support service extends to all your products your purchased in official stores (if so, it's really cool).
Please tell me, can I somehow pass the camera to you for repair.
And if so could you please be as detailed as possible to describe the order of my actions and accurate address for dispatch of the goods, and also whether to attach a receipt and guarantee (original or copy).
