Broken LCD

Please Im in a real big trouble with my go pro hero 5 black. I have been using this for less than a year.. and when I was about to use it for whale watching, it just went down. I am really frustrated with what was going on with my go pro. Because of this issue.. I am a nurse, and I would really love to capture every single recovery of my patient i take good of care with my go pro.. but how come?And nobody’s answering me for almost 1month. I am looking forward for a positive feedback.

I have to use this before the year ends.. please facilitate my concern.. i am willing for a repair... I didn’t do anything that may or can harm with my go pro.. i took good care of it unconditionally. I bough some bag that it shock proff screen and lens protector and lens cap... please I'm begging..

Call Gopro, something you need to do, to get help. It is a toll free number for USA but go to the contactus page. or lese you still be waiting for answers. good luck
