Broken GoPro session 5

Hello this is involving case number 04182510
I contacted you a few months ago while I was away traveling, we brought a go pro session 5 before we went away from curry’s and two days into our trip it stopped working! We contacted your support and tried everything you suggested other than connecting to a computer which we couldn’t as we didn’t have access to one! So when we was at the airport we brought a new one and this worked fine for the rest of our trip! We’re now back from travelling and have tried connecting to a computer and still nothing working, so now we’re stuck with 1 go pro not working and out of pocket is there anything you can do or suggest thanks

call gopro.  get a RMA. when they exhchange the camera. repack up and sell or keep it will be  your choice.  .
