Bright screen in the bottom of the screen

Can any tell me if this bright something is okay or normal or issue?

You would need to include a picture; however, if it's just some light bleed, then yes, that pretty normal. You can always contact the GoPro Support Team if it's a concern, but most likely, it's fine.
