I was trying to use my iPhone XS to go Facebook Live with my new GoPro Hero 7 Black. I have been following the instructions step by step. However, when I tried to go Facebook Live, after I signed in with Facebook, I was not able to see the "Set up Live Stream" page where you configure the settings, who can view your live video, etc. Instead, my GoPro app shows "Camera Disconnected" for a second and then defaults back to the home page. There was nothing to proceed with.
I tried delete the app, factory reset the GoPro, re-pair, enable Bluetooh, connect Bluetooth, etc.
I'm not sure what is going on here. Was I doing anything wrong? What is going on?

Hello @zihanzzz. It is important that a stable connection be established first between the camera and the GoPro App. There are steps-to-fix here to make sure that such is the case. Try streaming live again after re-pair. If you stream from a personal hotspot, make sure you have strong cellular coverage and a data plan that lets you stream from a hotspot and provides adequate data rates. Let us know how it works out. Thanks!

Switching to 2.4GHz doesn't work either. Now I don't even see the Facebook login screen. It just shows a connection error right away after I tap on LIVE.
I don't understand the error messages either. It says "Make sure Wi_Fi and Bluetooth are on to continue".

I made sure that my camera is connected through 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth is connected to my iPhone.
However, I either get the error in the below screenshot or I get the error from my original Youtube post.
What is going on?
I have tried re-set everything and re-connect everything. It is just not working.
