My brand new Hero 4 silver has a wobbly USB port. The very first time I tried to connect to my computer it connects, disconnects, connects, disconnects... you have to balance it just right and not breathe for it to stay connected. Same issue every time I connect to it. You can even pull out the cable and GoPro thinks it is still connected, so you have to hold the power button for a while to switch it off. My last GoPro (currently at the bottom of the Delaware river) did not have this issue.

In the end I did an exchange at BestBuy as the most expedicious solution. Gopro informed me it was covered by warranty, but it would take at least a couple of weeks to turn around. BestBuy exchanged it there and then.
The new one doesn't have the issue.

Glad to hear BestBuy was able to help out on the spot. This would definitely be the quickest turn around time to resolve an issue with a brand new camera purchased from a retail store.
