the unit i bought keeps freezing from time to time. had is replaced. and was promised to recieve a brand new sealed on the box unit. i just recieved my replacement not on a brand new sealed box. and as i checked it has same scratches on the lens cover, battery and slot lids. and the on the power button the rubberized matte paint is rubbing off a bit. i contacted tech support and i was told that gopro does not send brand new units as replacements.And it was really frustrating to speak with there customer service/support.
