Blurry and bad quality pictures

I recently bought a GoPro hero session and all my pictures and videos have very bad quality and are always blurry, even thought I kept the best image settings, how can I fix the problem? Thank you!!!

post a photowhen you get  chance.  make sure you got a clean lens. .
