Blue lines on footage

My GoPro hero session, which is under 1 year old, has recently started to show lines on the footage. In regular lighting the lines are blue, thin and translucent, but in dark lighting the entire screen is filed with orange lines. I purchased this GoPro on November 9th 2016. I have attached an image of the issue. It is still under 1 year warranty.

You need to contact GoPro Support Team. Since we are just community members consisting of users of GoPro products,we can only provide possible solutions to try (new SD card) while the Support Team can provide additional trouble shooting and possible replacement.

could the sd card or sensor be bad?

I've tried different sd cards but might be sensor.
