Bloqueo constante de la cámara y grabación en color verde y apagado fortuito

Hola,

Hemos probado la GoPro Hero6 Black durante nuestro viaje por Jordania y se nos ha bloqueado en diversas ocasiones. La única manera de desbloquearla era sacando la batería y volviéndola a reiniciar ya que no funcionaba ningún botón. El problema de que ocurra esto es que hay ocasiones en las que no puedes hacer una pausa y abrir la cámara para sacar la batería (como haciendo snorkel por ejemplo). Nos decepcionó bastante el snorkel ya que el Mar Rojo es uno de los mejores lugares del mundo para hacerlo y no pudimos grabar todo lo que quisimos.

La grabación en color verde no sé a que se debe, pero nos ha estropeado varios videos de lugares fantásticos a los que puede ser que no volvamos, como Petra.

El apagado de la cámara cuando no entiende una orden verbal también ha sido algo demasiado habitual (se le decía que hiciera foto o parara video y se apagaba).

Por último, en FNAC Glorias (Barcelona), la tienda donde la compramos por 399,9€, nos la envía al servicio técnico ya que han pasado más de 14 días desde la compra. Hago una inversión de 400€ para comprar calidad y resulta que la SJ4000, siendo más barata y con menos detalles de calidad ha resultado ser más fiable que una GoPro 6.

This is not the kind of experience we want you to have as a GoPro customer and I am sorry for any troubles caused. I understand that these are experiences you'd like to keep records of.

 

Based on the information shared, the camera appears to be freezing. This is usually an indicator that the camera's software needs to be updated or there is potentially an issue with the microSD being used. What was the SD card used with the camera?

 

Do you already have the camera back with you? How is it after it has been sent for repair?

 

Regarding the green image - what settings do you have on the camera? Check to see if the camera is on PAL, 1080p/25fps as this seems to produce this green image. See if changing to NTSC will make a difference.

**Swipe down and tap on Preferences> Regional > Video Format> NTSC

 

Let us know how it goes.
