Black Screen on Hero 7 [ New ]

I did all the setup and then all of a sudden my Back Screen went black and now it shows nothing. Odd thing is that it seems like it registers when I'm touching it. I think...

How do you do anything on this thing when the screen never shows anything? Do I have a dud now and need a new one?

I have updated to the latest software from the site.
