Black Screen on GoPro Max [ New ]

Im very angry with this camera because after a days of using the screen turn black and I cannot use for my vacations in Cancun Mexico.

Hello, @jduran27. Do you mean the screen does not turn on or display media anymore? If this is the case and the camera still powers on, please make sure that the SD card is mounted correctly. If it is and the issue remains, performing a manual update may help. The steps under Manual Update here will guide you.
