Bioluminescence. What settings or accessories would work to capture pictures/video Hero 7Black [ New ]

I will be scuba diving and night kayaking next week.  What settings or accessories would be best to capture pictures at night of bioluminescence and/or diving 20-60ft?  I have a go pro Hero 5 Black and 7 Black.
