Billing info verification

Dear GoPro,

I request an alternative way - rather than phone call - to verify my billing information you need to proceed with refund. I have been waiting for your „phone call that will come in about three hours“ for a week now. Noone has called me yet. It is ridiculous. We are not in 1980, send me a secured link or find another way. I am not willing to wait much longer. I have been waiting for a refund for almost two months. My patience is gone.
