I have been truly shocked at the service. I bought the product - which was pretty poor to begin with - and then returned it under 30 days refund policy. And have been promised refunds several times and still have no cash.
It's a really poor show. I am going to contact my journalist friends to tell them about this, as it's a good story. I used to be a tech journalist until a few weeks ago, so I think the world needs to know the truth about GoPro.
