Bestellung

Ich habe eine gopro und einen Griff bestellt, bis dahin war alles gut. Nachdem ich meinen Studentenrabatt eingegeben habe hat die Seite angefangen zu spinnen. Irgendwie hab ich es nach mehrfachem Versuchen hinbekommen. Das Problem ist das Geld wurde von meinem Paypal Konto abgezogen, aber ich habe keine Bestellbestätigung bekommen. Als hätte ich das Geld für nichts überwiesen. Bitte um Hilfe.

GoPro is having big problems right now. Search this forum and you will see many people are in the same situation as you.

We do not see any orders associated with the email address you have registered on the Hub.

Is there a different email address used to place the order?

If there's none, you would need to contact Paypal regarding the transaction.
