Best battery for GoPro 7 Black [ New ]

What is the best battery for the GoPro 7 Black camera. I thought i had read somewhere that GoPro had made a firmware change that prevented 3rd party batteries from working in the 7 Black. 

Any suggestions would be appreciated! 

I just upgraded from a Here 3 Silver to the 7 Black and trying to get it set up and ready for my motorcycle rides and scube diving trips. 

Oh can my GoPro Hero 3 remote work on my 7 Black??
