Been over a month still waiting on replacement gopro max
[ New ]
Hi everyone, i ordered gopro Max and it was faulty and i returned the camera with RMA. They received and the camera on 3 December 2020 and I was promised that I’ll be posted another camera. Its been over a month now I haven’t got anything yet. Their website is not even providing call back service. Feels like money is gone down the drain. Is there any one else having the same issue? Will they send the camera or just mess around the customers.

I have talked to support staff quiet a few times and thats what i get told “ they are out of stock once the stock comes in They will send the camera. Would never recommend buying camera online from gopro website.
